Whitehouse Honey Porter

Hey guys, getting in early for when it starts to get a bit cooler.

I'm thinking about making up something like this, probably a half batch though.

Just looking for advice, are all those hops available in Australia, alternatives if not?
My lhbs isn't fantastic so I'd hopefully just shoot off an order to someone online.

Hallertauer, EKG and Fuggles should both be available from most LHBSs or Yob will have them for sure

not the greatest porter going round mate, made it to many mixed reviews

The malt character would come through too much for my tastes with that hop profile and Notto yeast.

And good alternatives.

I'm not a huge drinker of porters. If they've got some sweetness with some coffee and chocolate tones I'm a fan.

I'll probably just do half batch. So any recipe that's not all grain I'm interested in. Was fairly sold on the honey addition, or coconut. :unsure:
