They told me the malts (had the bags sitting on the floor) told me the percentages of the grist, told me cascade and pacifica for flavor and super alpha for bittering on the day they were putting whole cascade hop flowers into the beer when u bought the glass, hence I'm thinking dry hop with cascade
After bittering the additions are my own, that's about all I have made up

I was talking to a brewer at a craft brewery in Sydney and he told me they use cascade and Saaz flowers rather than pellets in the beer. They've obviously got them to put them in the glass as a decoration. Thant's because they buy them in to put them in the beer.

A post from 10 years ago may no longer be relevant (recipes change over time), similarly a brewer at a craft brewery in Sydney commenting on a brewery in Victoria (that doesn't list either of those hops in the beer on their website) may also be questionable.
