Sounds good I'll be at Glebe fri arvo might see if i can make some time and stop in here on my way back.

saw him in hobart last week. highly recommend going.
any questions you have that have anything to do with yeast, or beer in general, ask. the setting here was very informal. mostly he gave a quick background on white labs, then took some questions. good stuff.

The radio interviews suggest Chris is a great person to speak to....and importantly recongises AUS as a customer!!!

That's the problem, with 12 Masters students at the Uni this week and next for block, I'm stuck on lab practicals in the afternoons for yesterday, today and the rest of this week :( Spent an hour this afternoon washing f*#^ing test tubes....

Thank God for my home brew :chug:

As luck would have it, I find that I can slip out of work a bit early, partcularly given that I work only 3 minutes from the place :p

Trev

Looks like there will be a big turnout Trev.
We might have to leave our respective offices early (2:50pm) to get a seat and a pint :p
See you there.

Beers,
Doc

Well c'mon guys who were there, how was it??

Was a good arvo.
Skipped out early thanks to an offer of a lift home from Homekegger.
Good info. Got some one on one time to ask the question that has be in my mind.
Only downside was the pub was getting noisy and it was hard to hear Chris later in the arvo.

Beers,
Doc
