Hey all, slowly gathering equipment to transition to kegging, just bought 4 cornie kegs second hand. They're bit rough and don't look like they've been used in a while so I'm gonna strip them down and check/clean everything. I've already noticed a couple of broken o-rings on the posts, can I just grab these from Bunnings or something? My local home brew store wants $1 each for them. Also, if I need other pieces for the posts or lids, where's the best place to buy em?

Thanks in advance,
Jamie

You probably want food grade o rings so it might be worth coughing up the $ each.

I did hear that the dip tube o rings are meant to be square section, as they look when you take the old ones out of a decommissioned keg. And that the post o rings should be silicon.

Cheers guys, I'll suss it out. Just saw you can buy reco kits on ebay as well that come with a full set of o-rings pretty cheap as well.
