I should be doing my Belgian Trippel entry next week so its got a bit of age in it before Vicbrew.

But for bottled entries such as APA's etc when you do plan on bottling and conditioning? Also can I submit entries in Champagne bottles? From what I can read in the entry rules there seems no reason I can't. My Saison is all champagne bottled.

Last year all my entries were bottled from kegs and I feel it suffers a fair bit after sitting around a room temp brew shop for a few weeks before its finally chilled and drank at the comp. This year I want to bottle all entries.

As long as the bottles can be opened easily by the stewards you can use whatever you like.
There is often a wide range of bottles submitted to such competitions.

Cool but I thought corks weren't accepted? Easily opened seems to be the key. Thanks mate.
