I have some hops and grains laying around and been trying to search for a recipe.
Any tips for a good/cool recipe using some of this HOPS with Pale malt.
Will of course go to the store and by special malt and other Hopsan and yeast.

Batch size: around 50l
All-grain

What I have:
25kg of Pale malt row 2

Hops:
100g of Sorachi ace
100g of equinox
200g of Northern Brewer
50g of Cascade
250g of Tettnanger

Cheers
Thomas

Really depends on what you enjoy. With the warmer months upon us, and considering what you have ,an easy drinker may be the go.

Pale malt
200g caramalt
Northern Brewer- bittering addition to 10 IBU
cascade and equinox @10 minutes to 15 IBU
20g cascade and 20g equinox -dry hop
A neutral yeast.
Mash at 64c for 90 min.( yeast dependent ).

Simple and tasty.

Us-05, Nottingham if you like a drier beer, m42 would suit. Plenty of other dry yeast options too. Just something neutral . M42 would be my pick.

I really like belgian style, but my co brewer is more into IPA, DIPA, APA styles.

So think this time we go for his type of beers.

Bought cara malt and ended up with WY1272 yeast.

Thanks for the suggestion

What about Belgian style IPA,use your favourite Belgian yeast with the above recipe or one of your IPA favourites,
go easy on the hop flavor so the yeast can get a part in the beer.

Haha fu.... just cleaned some in the freezer. Found 1 kg of Chinok an 3 kg of Nelson Savion. Like chrismas
