What to brew with pride of ringwood and pale choc

Hi everyone,

The club has given me a bunch (150g) of pride of Ringwood and 400g of pale choc to brew something with. What would you brew with this? I am thinking an Australian Old or Stout immediately but would be interested to hear other opinions.
