I have some top cropped yeast that are about a month old and was going to pitch into my next brew but thought id check out what the lifespan typically is.
 
Forget amounts of time - just make a starter and see if it kicks off.

I'd be surprised if 1 month's storage made your yeast not viable but so many factors could be variable between your storage and mine that it's impossible to say. Only one way to know.
 
I have stored yeast for over six months with no problems. Some were even pitched straight from the fridge - mind you I do like to make an active starter these days
