I had a great time in Canberra on Saturday. The Canberra Brewers put together an excellent display. The smell of the mash was turning heads from as far away as the snake display! Did anybody get a go in the batting cage? I have always wanted to try that but some little 11 yr old was knocking the stitches off it so I sat out. Chuck Hahn was entertaining and informative as usual. I took home two little gems of info to use when re-doing a few recipes over the next month or so. i enjoyed my short stay at the wig, unfortunately cut short by the family turning up early. The Belgian Wheat was the pick for me followed closely by the Kolsch.
