Water Cooler Bottle In Melb

Anyone know where the cheapest place in Melb is for water cooler bottles?

The IGA near me is selling them for $17 which is a bit steep considering I'm just going to cut the bottom off and turn it into a hopper.

Also scoured the local offices and nobody seems to be throwing them out.
