If anyone is interested, Geoff from Jamieson Brewery is planning to come to the next melbourne brewers club meeting.
His main reason for coming is to collect comments re his pale ale, since 10 of us lugged home some wort from a single batch and tried different yeasts/fermentation-temperatures.
Meetings are the last Wednesday each month (except Dec) at 7:30. This month's meeting will be in Bayswater. Anyway, if you are interested either PM or email me. You can also use the club contact page.
Other than that, there are lots of experienced brewers at the club who love to share information and ideas with others.
