Turkey Fryer Adapter In Oz?

HI All,

I'm interested in buying a Turkey Fryer through Amazon via the states for BIAB, possibly something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Bayou-Classic-SP10-H.../dp/B000291GBQ/

My question is whether the LPG connection is compatible with ours here in OZ, or if anyone sells adapters for them.

Has anyone imported one of these? Are they any better than a mongolian or italian spiral burner?

There is 2 sizes available, one will fit the other will need an adapter. The adapter is under $5 at BBQ Galore.

(ie ekul's reg fiited ok, my auscrown needed an adapter)
