Hi to all,

After some opinions on todays brew,

2 x Coopers Australian Pale Ale Cans
1 x BE2
200g of Carapils Steeped
US 05
Topped up to 25l

Anyone done similar and should I dry hop?? and if so with what???

Thoughts????

Peter

You won't need the BE2 with 2 cans & 25L
Unless you are going for 'fire water'....

Dry hop with any thing that takes your fancy. The CPA base will learn you the taste of what the hop does.
I don't recommend pride of ringwood for people starting out contrary to *insert name of no care LHBS* usual recommendation... They gave me that & I didn't dry hop again for years.

Try something fruity like cascade, chinook, Amarillo & i reckon you will do it again

Ummm, oops, too late.

Beersmith reckons about 5.6% so that should be ok, wasn't really looking for a quaffer.
