My Brett farmhouse ale is going nuts.. high krausen in 3 hours..

Ive just skimmed the scummy layer off.
Chad Yakobson in his BN interview recommends Brett be stored at Room temps eg. 18-20d.
My question is.. can you top crop a Brett and storage ?
