Hi fellas ,
Just after a few ideas on whats a good late hop addition to add to the below brew.
Thomas Coopers Sparkling Ale Can
1.5 kg light liquid malt
1 kg light dry malt
Muntons Gold Yeast
In fridge at 18 degrees

Will be leaving it in the fridge for 14 days , would like to add something around the 11 day mark ,

Any suggestions would be appreciated ,

Cheers

How noticible is 40 grams temperance , and do you get many floaters from using pellets ?

Cheers

Would consider dry hopping earlier than 11 days in. I usually put in at around day 5 as fermentation is slowing down.

The guy at my LHBS reckons grassy flavours can be produced if you dry hop to early ?

I've only dry hopped once with a hop tea and bag 3 days before bottling a pale ale , haven't tried this brew yet

Open to any advice on this ,

Thanks
