Hi I was racking some beer into a keg for storage and added gelatin solution to the bottom, after I started a forgot to leave it to cool for a while... so I as it was filling up I assume it would be killing some yeast until mix was under 30 degrees or so...

Will that be an issue with yeast cells dead creating an infection or something like that? Would there be enough good yeast left to second ferment / mature...

Thanks

Would have been 18 / 20 .....fluid of about 300 ml on bottom probably 60/70 when I started...

I guess by the time there was a litre or 2 temp would normal but wonder if there is an issue with killed yeast causing an issue...? taste or some sort of off flavour....
