Thermometer For Belgian Style Candy Production

Hi All,

I've recently purchased a thermometer for Invert sugar production and caramel for using in my brews. I think the one I bought is pretty shit, and I don't think it's exactly right with the temps.

Does anyone have recommendations and or links to one they've used?
