In a word, AMAZING. Quite seriously its better than i could have ever imagined. Smooth mouth feel, creamy with subtle undertones of Choc + Dark Malt.

When I brewed it on my very first AG brewday the only mistake i made was that i added too much water to the boiler. Which turned out to be a good thing as it now is only about 4.2% which is what i was aiming for, meaning its definately a session beer.

Im very proud of this beer as it was my very first AG. Im now waiting to see how the ones in the bottles go.

One very happy brewer, Scott

Well done Scotty. :beerbang:

Always good when the first few turn out the way you want.

Enjoy it and try not to down it all in one session.

That is fantastic Scotty.
It is amazing what you can do brainstorming flavour ideas for beer when you are driving back from Braidwood :p
I'm racking mine tonight as I don't have a keg ready for it.

Beers,
Doc
