Ive got a tin of coopers lager and tooheys special lager and dry lager....have a few Beh1 and 2's....and just bought a tin of 1kg malt extract from IGA...question is...and i have a fair idea it will work....if i use one of the tins (thinking more coopers) and use a brew enhancer 2 (as its got ldm) and use the 1kg tin of malt extract..then balance it out with POR hops (would it be better to dry hop these or boil with malt) and add all this to the fermenter in about 21-23 litres of water...that should be stronger than a tooheys extra dry platinum 6.5% beer yeah?
