The Late Night Lamb Sandwich

You know, the greasy lamb with lettuce, tomato, onion and garlic sauce in a rolled up piece of flatbread variety. I just hit one so hard its teeth are still rattling in my belly.

I'm sure other brewers have too, and I'd love to hear if any have tips for making them at home.

Ughh I hate that taste in the morning after a lamb sandwich when I forget to brush my teeth/drink something after.

But they taste so good!

I used to get one every weekend in town after a night on it.

Lamb yiros, garlic sauce and an iced coffee. mmmh

The theory was that it soaks up the grog and the milk helps rehydrate you. It works for me but ive seen other spew.
