Guys I've noticed a few are having problems loading/flashing code to the controller which had me thinking of doing a video of doing exactly that. Unfortunately I only have windows 7 so people on other platforms would have to interpret from there. If people think this would be helpful let me know and I'll try and get something up tomorrow. (have been allocated tasks to complete before bed)

I've been reluctant to upload any new code to my semi-complete build and overwrite mathos code that Lael preflashed to my arduino for fear of stuffing it up.
A video tutorial would be awesome

They are worth collecting

I was talking with the guy from romar about an element for smoking - want to install an electric around the bottom of my aldi smoker and control it with one of my brauduinos. Did 24 Sous Vide ribs last night in the Brau. Had them for dinner tonight. Everyone loved them! Put it in manual mode for the whole time with pump running. Didn't skip a beat.

Yeah its the perfect controller for a lot of things Lael. I have a 40 litre urn for my sous vide ,but a little brown pump and wiring it into the existing element will give me a great setup for sous vide,cheese and yoghurt.The list is pretty endless.I could probably muck around with the code and change it and rename it but not really that worried about it. Controlling the element for smoking and also an added fan to setup a cold smoker wouldnt be very difficult to do. The controller is so versatile and easy to setup.

Guys I haven't forgotten the video, but after all my chores on sunday SWMBO was in a giving mood, and she gave me the flu, so my voice is crap and I hurt in most places. Will get on this as soon as I'm back up to full speed.

Breakbeer, there are some upgrades planned for the PCB, it depends on how long that takes to do, test, get a prototype of. I've sorted out almost all of the other parts required. Just finalising the heatsink and working on better power connectors. I forgot to include a few parts in the preliminary costing, so I'll update that when I've finalised more of the parts.
