I keep a bottle of Bookers in the cupboard as a reference. If my bourbon doesn't beat or at least match that it goes back in the barrels for more ageing. :chug:

Gt a bottle of Blantons from uncle Dan for Chrissie, Lovely. Smooth, even at 46.5%. Two fingers and some ice.
Punkin, I also just filled up a 5l oak barrel
