Hi guys, I tested out my new hlt (old robobrew with electrics removed by kk) and a 50l esky mash tun. I tried to use a small ss temp probe but missed numbers by a fair bit. Any suggestions on a temperature probe (either measure only or that can control a smart power point) that I could use in both cases? Ideally I'd buy a smart pid but I am not interested in being a back yard sparky! Ch Carl
