My personal favourite would have to be the Alpha Male Pale Ale I brewed.

1.5kg Coopers Pale Malt extract
1.5kg Coopers Amber malt extract
0.2kg Crystal Malt (145ebc)
0.2kg Carapils 200g(3.5ebc)

10g Nelson Sauvin NZ (12.6%AA) 60 min
10g Cascade NZ (8.3%AA) 60 min
20g Nelson Sauvin NZ (12.6%AA) 15 min
20g Cascade NZ (8.3%AA) 15 min
10g Nelson Sauvin NZ (12.6%AA) 5 min
10g Cascade NZ (8.3%AA) 5 min
10g Nelson Sauvin NZ (12.6%AA) 7 days (Dry)
10g Cascade NZ (8.3%AA) 7 days (Dry)

Nottingham Dry Yeast (BB 11-2008) 12g

This would have to be my first extract which was an APA with Cascade and NS. :icon_drool2: .. closely followed by the second, An American Amber Ale. Both run out now :( so will soon be followed up with a partial version of the APA.

Has to be Tonys EKG Bitter. Made several double batches of it and could quite happily not make anything else.
