Has anyone used it? I picked some up & thinking of using it in my saison recipe. Has a slight smell like Tang. Wondering is it imparts nice flavour or am I better off with fresh orange zest? If fresh, the peel of how many oranges is needed?

I'd keep it for my wit, and leave it out of the saison. IMHO saison is all about letting that yeast sing. She's a diva, but with the right encouragement, you'll be rewarded and left with a smile on your face.
