Suggestions On This Altbier Recipe?

I made an altish beer the other day which was by best so far. It was probably sweeter than the orignal, and only 27 IBU. But delicious and very acceptable to all beer drinkers.

For 23 l it was
4.5 kg Munich
1 kg Galaxy
Spalter to 17 IBU

Nottingham yeast.

I did a few decoctions (60, 70, 78) but it was still pretty easy. OG 1.055, FG 1.013. I might up the bitterness a bit on the next one.
