Hi
I have made some nice beer using coopers tins but now keen to mix it up abit , I have a tin of irish stout and one of cooper larger that came with the kit wondered what mixing the two would turn out like ,i have seen many two can recipes but never stout and larger ,I suppose the stout would be the dominant taste ,any one done this?

Lager*

Sorry, pet hate. I can't help you with your question though. Probably would taste like a heavy lager I'd imagine.

It will give you a stout/porter. Many of the toucan stouts use a stout and a dark ale can, using a draught or lager would just lighten it to something closer to a porter Id say.

That sounds ok , should i use both packs of yeast or is one enough ?

I will let u know how it turns out ,just trying to empty enough tap king bottles ATM to do a brew ,so when i sobber up ill get into it :chug:
