G'day, just used some crystal grain that were vacume packed and was wondering what wouold be the best way to store the remainder to keep them fresh, am thinking fridge or freezer or just clipsealed in the cupboard. Cheers .Kingo.

Depending on how much you have I would suggest some Anzac biscuits.

cheers

Airtight container in the freezer would be the go for extended periods.

Brewing some more would be better though!

Depends on how much grain, and is it been through the mill.

I keep my grain in the 20L pals from Bunnings. But any air tight container / bag should be ok. Keep it out of direct light.

Also how I do it, also use the smaller pails from there so all my storage buckets look nice and neat... :)
