Where did you read/hear Brisbane? The Experience IT website only said Melbourne & Perth.

Just found out they are doing Brisbane but don't know where.

So Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane but no Sydney :(
or Newcastle - great beer scene here, and Sydney people are often welcome here.

Isn't Sierra Nevada imported in refrigerated containers? The rumour is that this was a prerequisite for the importers.

SNPA seems reasonably priced, on par with our local brews.
Not sure about your end but from what I hear the bulk of what beer cellar nz gets (that is where most imported beers on our shelves are from) is unrefridgerated. Hashigo Zake in Wellington is a bit better for that and you can tell with the bottles that are on the shelf from them.
I would not know about SN but that would be under a different company than Stone would use. Doesn't Stone do it's own distribution?

Where've you been hutch?

Alehouse looks like the go for me.
I'm spewing - I have to play taxi for the wife/kids all afternoon, then drive to the bush for the f-n-law's birthday that night, so if I'm lucky, I might get to the Alehouse for an hour or two around lunch.
Maybe see you there Manticle...

maybe in the US but the fact Experience IT almost got the beers to OZ would suggest not internationally

Dan Murphy ship Ballast Point in refrigerated containers and that is dirt cheap to buy working out at just over $3 a bottle if you buy a case. Best priced quality beer in OZ in my humble opinion

Yeah that does not happen in NZ. We have metallic Sculpin 330 mls over here

The 650 ml Sculpin, Big Eye & Fathom are cranking though.

Couple of times of late Double Dorado & Sculpin kegs have come across and gone down a bloody treat. Very good value too. :kooi:
