For the sake of clarity and what might have initially confused people in this thread - When i think stock pot im thinking 50 litres plus. The little 20 litres from BigW i'd call a pasta pot.

how much pasta do you need to cook? search ebay - stock pot. they start from a few litres up.
 
Yes, and what quantity of stock? Hence the confusion.
 
I was looking at one of those Crabby jobs at BCF recently (out of interest only, I already have an urn) and reckon they would be brilliant for BIAB brewing with the basket lined with voile. You could easily adapt Nick JD's methods scaled up a bit to crank out full size batches. At around $50 it would pay for itself in no time, plus you would need a burner of course.
