Ah, but I had lots of friends. Over time I made less and less volume of course.

So, I don't really understand why couldn't these tanks be used commercially All you'd need to do is get them tested right?
Or are they too small?

I would say they are too small but calibration ( volume ) and pressure testing all costs $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Jonathan you should build a yeast propagation tank, think conical fermenter with O2 and stir mechanism
