I have 7 tanks for sale. 4 ARE 500mm Dia X650mm height, total height with legs + fittings 1.05 M. Volume approx 125+ L. 3 tanks 450mm Dia x 850 mm Height, total height with legs / fittings = 1.30 M. Volume approx 140 L.

All tanks have a 1 " spear, gas disconnect fittings, pressure relief valve, snap lock beer out fittings, 4 " and 2 " stainless openings.1" opening on bottom. All tanks were professionally built by tank manufacturers in Brisbane for around $1100

All fitting industry standard sanitary fittings, CIP where possible.

These tanks would suit all liquids, not just beer. NOTE: These are non commercial, non pressure rated or graduated. All tanks are in excellent condition.

COLDROOM: 3.1 M X 1.8 M, 100mm Wall thickness. KIRBY drop in unit. The coldroom was run off Tarrif 33 controlled supply and cost me about $120 per quarter. There are a few holes in various places to allow gas in, cold water out for heat exchanger, beer taps etc, but these can be filled with foam filler if not needed. Aluminium checker plate floor. The coldroom was assembled on site by coldroom tradesmen and will need to be disassembled to remove.

I am committed to sell all of my brewery so please contact me with offers etc. I will break up the tanks and sell them separately. I have attached photos of my total brewery to show you what else I have for sale. All items will be offered for sale.

great googly moogly... Ross count down in 3....2...

Why are you selling all of this? This is such an awesome setup, this is what i will have if i ever win lotto. Anyway i gotta go change my pants.

holy smokes! why on earth would you sell that? I reckon that setup would look great in my shed. But i reckon the boss wouldn't be too happy.

Thanks guys, a bit too much work for one guy. I used to make 145 L lager and 110 L Ales every 3 wks.

All that lovely fresh beer on tap, just can't stop drinking it.

Time to move house and downsize.

Thanks for the comments.

Jim

HC!
That fermenter and fridge would look good at home.
I'll see if I can extract enough cash for a reasonable offer from the-minister-for-saying-no.

Edit: I'd like the lot but there is zero chance of that :(

Anyone would think you were running a microbrewery ;)

Cheers

Guys, I've viewed the gear & it's excellent, if I was brewing at home I would have made an offer, but unfortunately I'm not & I can't use it commercially.

cheers Ross

before i insult you and make a fool of myself would that be the "each" price when built ?....

Ah ok, they were around $1000-$1100 EACH, Nothing comes cheap in stainless steel and that was years ago.

Jim

f***!
Man I've just bought a BB mash tun and a second hand CO2/Nitrogen mixer in the last few weeks so I really cant afford to have a crack at this gear too.
Good luck with the sale! Some beautiful and very useful gear there.

So - these were just for your own beer supply. Not commercial. 1295 litres of beer?
Holy Bat fu*kman - and my wife says I drink too much!
I need a beer...

and to think i was so proud of my coopers 23l tub 5 years ago... damn!

Here we go......What's he gonna come up with if he gets this stuff :icon_cheers:

Have read with a great deal of interest some of the things you've built and the ideas you've had.

Watch this space i reckon...

So, I don't really understand why couldn't these tanks be used commercially All you'd need to do is get them tested right?
Or are they too small?

Well... He was looking for big shiny fermenters

Jonathan you should build a yeast propagation tank, think conical fermenter with O2 and stir mechanism ;)
