Soda Stream Adapter and Reg

My existing SodaStream adaptor will fit both the old & new SodaStream cylinders thread-wise.
Problem is (with my eBay adaptor anyway) that the pin is too short to release the gas on the new 60-litre jobbies.
I did a work-around by extending the pin with a bit of rubber but it's far from satisfactory hence my keenness for this bulk buy.

If you know anyone with the new 60-litre bottle, screw you adaptor on to see if the pin is long enough. If it works then you're in luck.

Mrs is insisting on buying a new Sodastream system "so I can make sodawater" despite me shoving the keg king carb cabs in her face and telling her to use them...
If she gets her way, I guess I'll be able to test if the old converters work

I ordered mine direct on line last week, with fees and delivery was 39.50 delivered to me. If you guys get it delivered direct then it will be worth it...
But if then it's got to be delivered to one place then forward on.. May only save 6 or 8 bucks.

Hopefully they will send it to each person to make it worth while.

Just my 2 cents imput...

Hi everyone well we have an approx. costing come back.. As this is a bulk buy people want to know exactly what they are up for up front.. so I will wait till they get back again meanwhile here are the cost .. from today email. and its FREE frt to us. I have asked then to send actual cost not a % OFF basis.


Adapter 20+ $25.60 this costing is around $10 less than normal.
40+ $22.40
100+ $19.20

Reg 20+ $80.00
40+ $61.60
100+ $52.80

I was hoping for a better costing than this.. like I said above I have emailed and ask for better costing and a firm price.

Hi everyone well it should only be a few days till we have final costing come back.. As this is a bulk buy people want to know exactly what they are up for upfront the other thing we have to keep in mind that we are dealing with British Pounds so actual day of ordering, there may be a diff by a few cents!! .. and its FREE frt to us.

Posting of cost will be showing in A$ and will try and get a spread sheet up and running for all correct name, shipping addy etc.





I will email them again once we have a final count, we need to have a cut-off date for placement as it can take up to 3 weeks for the items to get here or more. As we are now in November, if people are wanting these by Christmas I would think around the 25th of this month.. Would like feedback on your thoughts.

All sounds good, and good to mention that we're buying in British pounds so everyone knows there's a little variation up front.

Is the Free Freight to each individual's address? Or is it to a single Aussie address, then we have to distribute from there (or an address in each major city, etc)?

Also I'd maybe try to close it out a little earlier as postage becomes chaotic closer to Xmas. Say, 14th November?

Yeah well I have asked them for correct GBP cost so I can post it in $A for everyone and about the postage being sent to each individual's address, I'm trying have all the info within the next few days so we can get this done.
