Small mark inside keg

I just got 3 second hand cornies and have been giving them a good clean but there is a small mark inside one just above the weld that I can't get rid of. Is this something to worry about or should I just leave it?

I'd call the health department. Under my computer microscope it looks like plague virus. Either that or do what Ducatiboy stu says.

make sure it is filled with beer before you send it to Stu, that way he can confirm the taint.
