Hey!
Long time reader first time poster here. About a year ago I set out to build my own budget 'all in 1' brewing univessel & this is what I came up with. All up it cost me about $250.
I just purchased a 25 litre stainless steel fermenter, added a valve, thermometer & air lock. I AG BIAB, cool the wort, pitch the yeast & ferment without having to use another vessel. I then just transfer to 355ml glass bottles.
I was thinking of making an even smaller 12 litre version complete with induction compatible bottom so I can just brew 1 slab at a time in my own kitchen. Being so small it will also fit in my kitchen fridge for refrigerated fermentation as well.
What are everyones thoughts? Is anyone else brewing the same sort of way? If I get enough interest I may even make a few up
