Slow beer

Has any one outside of Melbourne delt with Slow Beer? I

've tried to get an order together of some lambics and a few other beers that we don't see up here and they are taking forever getting back to me. Was just wondering if they are slow replying, is it normal?
Is this where they get there name from?
Are they worth the wait?

I've ordered off them a number of times and never had any issues.
Communication was always good and delivery was always quick to Newcastle.
