Seems like a lot of hard work in his kitchen.
I use a 4 level gravity fed system. Takes all the hard work out of it, particularly with my dicky back and generally aged decrepitude.
SNPA is a very nice brew, but not difficult to get close to it. Lots of recipes on the net for it.

Cheers for watching, I have a propane burner just not hooked up yet. Yep, I'd like a 3V system. Unfortunately things like kids and mortgage come first.
