My understanding is it's a plain old megalager with a few specialties thrown in for colour.
Assuming you're familiar with steeping specialties.. try something like:
Coopers Lager tin
BE2
Steep something like 100g Crystal/caramalt and 100g Chocoalte malt
Ferment cool with an ale yeast (18-20C), it might be best to buy some fresh stuff - as with all lagers (pseudo or otherwise), a clean fermentation is vital.
