Advice wanted please.
My Mangrove Jack’s Bavarian Wheat beer is my third brew, and taking the SG today after 7 days, I noticed bubbles rising in the sample. This suggested to me that the fermentation isn’t over. Yet the target SG of 1.010 has been exceeded with a measured 1.006. So maybe the fermentation is over.
What are your thoughts: is rising bubbles in the sample an indicator or not?
