  • Lowest temp lmit

I have it set on 12 degrees and it reaches it fine than turns off but wont kick back in till it hits 15. Will this effect my saflager s-23 Thx

I assume the following

E1, lowest before heat mode cuts in, you don;t care about this one
E2, highest before cooling cuts in, ie your fridge, this is where you probably have the 12c
E3, temp diff, or hyp. this is what you most likely have a 3 in, 12+3=15, set this to 0.5
E4 comp delay, set to 2 or more mins
E5, offset, this is a calibration tool if you find the measurement a bit out compared to a decent thermometer.

If my assumption is correct, I like having the 2 temps separate like that.

Also there is nooo way I would let me yeast have a 3 degree swing.
