Brewmaster,

Far be it from me to complain but is there a point in posting these recipes? Are you recommending them or just backing up your Beersmith recipe database?

By all means, share your recipes, just tell us something about them.

cheers

I'am with sos here this post seems to be missing a point, no problems at all posting beer recipes here of course just some other content to your post would be helpfull.

Are these just some home brewers guess at how the beers are made with all the ussuall dodgey bastardizing that some homebrewers get up to or are they from the horses mouth so to speak?

Are they brews you have done?

Did you just copy them straight from beersmith site and post them here but have never brewed them yourself?

Anyway not trying to have a go as such just asking you to post some sort of point to the whole matter.

Jayse

brewmaster's on chat and offered to post the recipe for us, that's where it came from

Bugger,

The mods appear to have deleted all those recipies before I could cut & paste them :( - there were some great looking ones there as well....

I sorry about this post to, its not the summerfest got the names and recipes mixed up. Summerfest should be a lager yeast and saaz / perle so know this is wrong.
