I've got a two lagers cubed that will get some fridge space today. I usually do these at 12C but at this time of year I don't have the time for the long ferment.
I was thinking about bumping the temp up to 16C speed things up. I'm sure I'm not the Lone Ranger here so tell me what to expect.
