Hi Guys, just need a more experienced brewer to cast their eye over this recipe.
It's taken from the book 'Extreme Brewing' by the dogfish head guys. The recipe in the book says I should be hitting
SG1.066 to 1.069 with a target of 7 to 7.5% and 100 IBU's
but beersmith is predicting 137IBU's at 7.8% 1.077SG which seems a bit off. What have i done wrong? should i just bring the dry malt and bittering hops down a touch ?
Recipe from book (warning there seems to be a lot of mistakes in some of the US -> metric conversions, assuming US is the correct measurement):

also another quick question, think it would be acceptible to replace Magnum with Galaxy for bittering?
