Repitch?

G'day all,
I put down a kit version of Hoegaarden a few days ago.

Thomas cooper wheat beer
1kg brew #15 (not exactly sure on name as i chucked out the package)
500g brew enhancer 2
30g orange peel/zest
25g indian corriander seeds.

It had an OG of 1045 but has not come below 1018 in two days. The temp has been kept at 21. Due to impatience and forgetfulness i just used the yeast that came with the can of coopers wheat beer. Was this a mistake? And Would repitching with say us-05 bring the gravity down?

Give the fermenter a swirl (without splashing the beer around), if that fails can you rack it at all? I'd do this before even thinking about re-pitching
