Brewer's Notes
Eventually a nice Summer Ale. Took around a month to taste right. Next time I'd probably halve the wheat because it left it a little too tart and with a quite annoying haze. Other than that quite nice. Yeast was Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire. Probably a less than ideal choice because it left it a little too full-bodied. Zero minute hop addition was dry hops in the primary when krausen had subsided.
