Brewer's Notes
My Xmas Case Pilsner, basically it is using up a lot of leftovers, hopefully it will be a cracker anyway. I made 40 litres but have scaled it down to 20 litres for you. The rice syrup is really rice flakes but this was not in the list. I get a colour rating of 8.2 EBC in beersmith. IBU was a little off too so I edited it. Should be 26.7IBU. Aim for 1.23 grams hops per litre for flavour. No aroma.
