Three Late Hops APA

Ale - American Pale Ale

Brewer's Notes

I meant to use only MO Pale malt, munich and caramunich, but had some leftover Pilsner malt I put in as well. The 0 min hops are amarillo and cascade each at flameout and dry hopped for 1 week after fermentation started to slow down. Fermented in glass at 20 degrees.
FG was 1.010 and colour is definetly orange, quite a bit draker than the automatic output above.
Also my IBU calculation comes up to 39, not 52, and going by flavour my calculations seem more appropriate.
The results are to die for.
