Brewer's Notes
Brewed this as a Blonde Ale but couldn't find it on the list. Was an experiment to brew something that both myself and my non-homebrew mates would like, and tested it on the case participants. Had a pretty favourable response all around. Used Nottingham simply due to time constraints but it came up pretty nice. Promash had it at 18.5 IBU's.
