Swedes Pilsner

Brewer's Notes

Protein rest 52 degrees after dough in. Mashed at 63-64 for 90 minutes.
Fly sparged to and fwh with Perle 20g.
No chilled.

2l Starter was pitched at 12 degrees.
primary fermented at 8-9 degrees. Racked to secondary cube. Dropped temperature over a week to 6 degrees and lagered in same cube at
no finings was needed.

lasted only a week in keg

OG 1.052 Never took final gravity estimate 1.012-1.014

A fairly malty lager from memory. All notes from 2008.
