Brewer's Notes
Mash temp 68 degrees for 90 minutes.Boil time is 90 minutes. Ferment at 10- 12 degrees using Czech Bud yeast with a yeast starter of 500 ml. Airate wort prior to pitching using an air stone. Allow the final adition of Saaz B (flowers) to infuse in the wort for 30mins at flame out. Then cool as normal. Saaz B (flowers 20 g) in secondary fermenter.
